Frequently Asked Questions

Do you do exchanges?

Yes we do! Just send us an email (jess@prettycasual.co.za) and we will sort it out. Exchanges must please be done within 14 days of receiving your order. We don’t do refunds so you’ll need to exchange your order for something that is of equal value.

What is the estimated delivery time?

3-5 working days if you’re in South Africa. Sometimes there are delays at the courier company which is out of our control, but we always try our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible :)

If you’re in Cape Town you’re welcome to order online and choose the local pick up option. You may either collect from our warehouse in Southfield or from the Oranjezicht market next to the Waterfront, but we will email you first to arrange a day and time for collection.

Is international shipping available?

Yes it is! When you enter your address at checkout the live shipping rate will be calculated for you, then you can decide if you'd like to place your order or not. All import duties/taxes are included in the product price. PLEASE NOTE: unfortunately we don't offer exchanges or refunds for international orders.

What are the shipping costs?

This will depend on the courier option you choose at checkout. If your order is over R1200 shipping is free in SA only! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on where you are as well as the weight and dimensions of your order.

Where can I find Pretty Casual?

We have a store at the Oranjezicht market in Cape Town next to the Waterfront. We are there on Wednesday evenings from 4pm until 9:30pm (End of September until the end of April only) Saturdays from 8am until 2:30pm and Sundays from 08:30am until 2:30pm all year round :) Some of our products are also stocked at Atlantic Surf in Blouberg in Cape Town. 

Where are you based?

Our warehouse is based in Southfield but doesn’t operate as a store front. You are welcome to order online and choose the local pick up option and collect from here. Once we have received your order we’ll email you to arrange a day and time for collection.

Are refunds available?

No, unfortunately not.

Do you make bigger sizes than what is currently on your website?

Yes we do! We make custom sizes on request and depending on what fabric is available. You’re welcome to send us an email (jess@prettycasual.co.za) if you’re wanting one of the products that are on our website but in a bigger size.
