How do I do an exchange?
Just fill out our exchange form and we’ll take it from there 🙂
Whats the estimated delivery time?
3-5 working days for anywhere in South Africa.
Is international shipping available?
Yes! 🙂
Just type your address on your order form and it’ll calculate the courier costs for you 🙂
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping fees vary depending on where you are based but it will never cost more than R100 for delivery anywhere in South Africa 🙂
Which stores stock Pretty Casual clothing?
We are mainly an online shop but we also have a store at the Oranjezicht market in Cape Town by the Waterfront. We are there every Saturday from 08:15am until 2pm and every Sunday from 9am until 2pm 🙂
Where are you based?
We do not have a physical store but you’re welcome to order online and choose the local pick up option and collect from our warehouse in Southfield. Once we’ve received your order we’ll email you to arrange a day and time for collection. Otherwise come visit us at the Oranjezicht market in Cape Town by the Waterfront every Saturday (08:15am until 2pm) and Sunday (9am until 2pm.)Â
Are refunds available?
Unfortunately not.Â
Do you make bigger sizes than what’s available on your website?
Yes we do! We make custom sizes on request and depending on what fabric is available. Just send us a message and we’ll take it from there 🙂
